Terms and Conditions

Effective date: May 29, 2024

1. Program Overview

The Wealthy Founder Blueprint (“Program”) is a 90-day coaching experience that includes:

Weekly group coaching calls
Two (2) private 1-on-1 coaching sessions
Access to the Private VIP Insiders Community
Sales, identity, and leadership frameworks

The Program provides strategic guidance, coaching, and educational resources. It does not constitute financial, legal, medical, or psychological advice.

2. 90-Day “Breakthrough” Guarantee

The Program includes a conditional “Breakthrough in 90 Days” guarantee.

At the beginning of the Program, a mutually agreed-upon revenue growth target or measurable business milestone (“Target Goal”) will be defined based on the Client’s starting position.

If the Client meets all eligibility requirements outlined below and does not achieve the Target Goal within the initial 90-day period, continued coaching support will be provided at no additional cost until the Target Goal is reached.

This guarantee is a continuation-of-coaching guarantee and not a refund guarantee.

3. Guarantee Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for the guarantee, the Client must:

Attend at least 90% of all scheduled group coaching sessions.
Attend both private 1-on-1 sessions.
Complete agreed-upon implementation tasks.
Actively execute recommended sales, outreach, pricing, or leadership strategies.
Track and provide accurate business metrics upon request.
Maintain professional communication and engagement.
Not materially change business model or niche without strategic alignment during the Program.

Failure to meet these conditions voids eligibility.

The guarantee applies only to Clients who demonstrate full participation and implementation.

4. Definition of Full Participation

Full participation includes:

Showing up prepared to coaching sessions
Completing assignments within agreed timeframes
Implementing pricing, positioning, or sales adjustments discussed
Maintaining consistent revenue-generating activity

Periods of inactivity exceeding fourteen (14) consecutive days without prior discussion may void guarantee eligibility.

5. Continuation Period Terms

If eligible and the Target Goal has not been achieved:

Coaching continuation will occur in a format determined by the Company.
Access to bonuses, community, or additional private sessions is not guaranteed during continuation.
Continuation remains valid only while the Client continues active implementation.

6. No Income Guarantee

While the Program is designed to increase revenue, individual results vary.

The Company does not guarantee specific income levels or financial outcomes beyond the agreed Target Goal established at Program start.

Results depend on:

Market conditions
Experience
Implementation
Effort
External factors outside the Company’s control

Any examples or testimonials presented are not guarantees of future results.

7. Coaching Scope & Limitations

The Program provides strategic coaching and educational support in:

Identity and leadership development
Sales psychology and frameworks
Offer positioning and revenue systems

The Program does not include:

Done-for-you marketing services
Legal services
Financial planning
Tax advice
Mental health therapy

Clients are responsible for implementation and business decisions.

8. Payment & Refund Policy

Unless otherwise stated in writing:

All payments are final.
No refunds are issued.
The 90-Day Guarantee is a continuation-of-service guarantee only.

Chargebacks or payment disputes may result in immediate termination of access.

9. Intellectual Property

All materials provided in the Program are proprietary and may not be:

Reproduced
Distributed
Shared externally
Resold

Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

The Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the Program.

Participation is voluntary and at the Client’s own risk.
