Health Benefits of Not Drinking Alcohol

Here is what I discovered!
Phew!  So, we all know the drill.  We all know the story, at least I think you do if you followed me for awhile but I HAD to stop drinking.  It was wreaking my life.  It was wreaking everything around me.  Alcohol literally came in my life like a wrecking ball feat Miley Cyrus.  Ok, that was a bad joke and am moving on!
It’s been a long road and journey, but I have discovered several benefits along the sobriety journey that I want to share with you.  If you feel like you need to stop drinking and rebuild and reformat your life.  YOU CAN DO THIS.  I am a resource for you to help with just that.  If you don’t have an issue with alcohol but just want a damn break.  YOU CAN DO THIS.  I can be a great resource for that as well.

I could have honestly thought of like one million benefits to going alcohol-free so it was hard to narrow down the list but here we are & I narrowed it down to a solid list of 8.

8 things that are going to help you get to a more well-rounded, productive, fulfilling &authentic life.

3.     Skin & anti-aging benefits

4.     Improved mood

5.     Better financial health

6.     You get time back

Like I said, there are so many benefits to giving up alcohol I narrowed it down to only 8.  If it causes harm in your life like it did for me and you kick it to the curb, whatever the problems you were having it WILL make them better.

Nothing bad has ever come from not drinking.

You can also tie this into anything.  Maybe something else is holding you back.  It doesn’t have to be alcohol.  It could be fear or toxic friends or whatever it is.  Give it up and reap the rewards.  I know it may not be easy but nothing in life ever is.
