Thank you for checking out my site! This site is built off blood, sweat and tears from years of pain and trauma that was turned into achieving success and building a life that I didn't need an escape from.
I’ve tried a lot of things, done a lot of research and have dedicated the last 15 years of my life to health, wellness and self improvement. Here I share it all covering the mind, body & favorite products to do nothing but raise the life you are living, one degree (or ripple) at a time.
I have one motto and I'm going to share it with you now. You ready? My motto is to ONLY preach what I practice and talk about things that have changed my life or elevated my mind, body and soul. That's it.
I'm not here to promote silly products or give false claims. I am here to give you the real feedback and advice as to how you can make your life better even if it's not what you want to hear. And guess what? I've done it all the hard way and hell have learned a lot by doing so.
